inBYLT is Construction Management, Design/Build, Facility Planning, Engineering, Consulting and much more. Apex is now inBYLT!

We mark an exciting new chapter for inBYLT as we roll out our rebranded identity. Our new logo, colors, and overall design represent our legacy of Quality and Integrity. This refreshed look embodies our commitment and dedication to delivering exceptional projects that meet the unique needs and goals of each client. While our appearance is changing, our dedication to our clients and partners remains as strong as ever. We’re grateful for your support on this journey and look forward to building the future together! Our companies were founded as a result of our ownership team growing tired of the way Energy Service Companies delivered renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Our new business model has changed the way our energy-efficiency projects are developed, marketed, and delivered. inBYLT's goal is to improve the environment by upgrading the energy efficiency of buildings, reducing both the carbon emissions and pollution that is released to the environment from these facilities. At the same time, the company also serves the less fortunate by helping alleviate poverty, improving educational opportunities, providing housing and addressing the exploitation of children.

👋 Hello from Stevens Point!

inBYLT is at the 2026 Wisconsin Rural Schools Alliance Conference, connecting with the people who help Wisconsin schools and communities thrive!

From aging buildings to tight budgets, we know every school district faces its own challenges. We believe that better decisions build better facilities, and it all starts with a conversation.

Attending WiRSA? Stop by our booth, say hello, and tell us what's happening in your district. We'd love to connect!

At Cedar Mountain Schools, geothermal well drilling marks an important milestone in the district's facility improvements. But with students and staff back in classrooms, construction progress requires more than a well-managed schedule.

It takes coordination between contractors, district leadership, and school operations to keep work moving while minimizing disruptions to the learning environment.

We’re at the Wisconsin Counties Association (WCA) Conference this week, connecting with county leaders and talking about the challenges and opportunities facing communities across Wisconsin.

Great facility planning starts with understanding what a county is trying to accomplish — for its staff, residents and community — and building a practical path to get there.

If you’re at WCA, be sure to say hello to Kristen Glaros-Hanson and Greg Ackerson!

We’re bringing new energy to the Minnesota State Community and Technical College Fergus Falls campus!

This week, campus leaders, community representatives and project partners gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking for a $12 million campuswide energy improvement project.

The project will bring centralized geothermal heating and cooling, improved ventilation and indoor air quality, and reliable emergency backup power to approximately 160,000 square feet of campus space.

inBYLT is proud to work alongside M State and CMTA on improvements that will create a healthier, more efficient and more resilient campus for generations of students and employees.

Thank you to M State President Carrie Brimhall, Vice President of Finance and Facilities Pat Nordick, Senator Jordan Rasmusson, CMTA and everyone helping make this project possible.

We’re headed to MIAMA September 8–11!

We always enjoy the opportunity to catch up with Minnesota’s arena operators and hear what’s happening in their facilities.

Whether you’re dealing with refrigeration, HVAC, energy costs, capital planning, construction, or trying to prioritize future improvements, come find us.

See you at MIAMA!

A countywide approach to facility performance.

After evaluating 21 Ramsey County, Minnesota buildings, improvements were selected at 18 facilities as part of a multi-phase Guaranteed Energy Savings Project with inBYLT.

The planned work includes lighting and controls, building envelope upgrades, mechanical systems, water conservation, roofing, and nearly 2 MW of solar PV.

Across the program, these improvements are projected to reduce energy use by up to 21.7 million kBtu annually, while delivering $633,722 in guaranteed annual utility savings plus an estimated $37,202 in annual O&M savings.

By looking across the entire portfolio, Ramsey County can prioritize investments where they can have the greatest impact on long-term facility performance.

That’s what it means to build your lasting tomorrow.

🏟️ Milestone Monday | Fridley Public Schools

Great projects begin with a plan!

Our partnership with Fridley Public School District started with a comprehensive Facility Assessment and Master Plan that helped the district confidently move forward with a $30 million voter-approved bond referendum with no tax impact to residents.

Today, those plans are becoming reality across five active school sites.

The district-wide improvement program includes track and athletic field reconstruction at the high school stadium, HVAC and roofing improvements, and renovation of the middle school natatorium and locker rooms.

And through it all, projects are being carefully phased to keep schools open and minimize disruption for students and staff.

We’re proud to help Fridley Public Schools turn long-term facility planning into improvements that will serve students, staff, and the community for decades to come.

⚾ A summer evening, great baseball, and even better company.

Last night, our team and their guests enjoyed a fun evening at the St. Paul Saints game. It was a chance to step away from our daily work, spend time together, and enjoy the relationships that make inBYLT such a special place to be.

We believe that strong teams are built on more than projects—they're built on trust, collaboration, and taking time to celebrate one another.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for a fantastic night at the ballpark.

Today we celebrated our Marketing Intern, Annika Gustafson, as she wrapped up an amazing summer with the inBYLT team! 🎉

Over the past few months, Annika helped capture the stories behind our projects through photography and content creation. Whether she was visiting jobsites or helping showcase the work our team is doing across Minnesota, she brought creativity and enthusiasm to everything she worked on.

We sent her off the only way we knew how—with pizza and a fun selection of sodas from Minnesota's Largest Candy Store! 🍕🥤🍬

Annika is heading back to the University of Kansas for her senior year, where she's studying Journalism and working toward her dream of becoming a news and sports reporter.

We'll miss seeing her around the office, but we're excited to see what's next for her. Good luck this year, Annika—we're cheering you on!

When a community facility closes, programs stop, schedules change, and families feel the impact.

That's why completing the renovation of the M Health Fairview Sports Center in time for summer camp was just as important as the construction itself.

The project transformed an aging sand-floor rink into an NHL-regulation refrigerated concrete rink while upgrading lighting and improving long-term facility performance.

The result is a better experience for skaters today—and a facility that's ready to serve the Woodbury community for years to come.
