Exciting news: we recently celebrated the closing and groundbreaking of Carver Oaks! Carver Oaks will create 43 new homes for seniors in Carver, Minn. Thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate and we look forward to sharing more progress soon!

It was a blast to be involved with this project, a lot of new strategies were implemented that resulted in much improved energy efficiency over a standard building. Congratulations on a successful project!

Harbourline at Farwell on Water offers St. Paul's newest affordable apartments. With 63 one-bedroom units and easy access to the Mississippi River, we're sure St. Paul residents will be hooked on living here. 🎣

This was a fun project to work on, that posed some unique challenges! It is great to see it come to fruition - the building looks fantastic!
