You can use a single Rudy Press attachment on one specific station of your manual press, like your wide underbase print. If you decide to mix setups, pay close attention to your registration adjustments and print motion.

The Rudy Press pulls the screen from top to bottom, which introduces a specific directional screen drag. To ensure your manual prints register correctly against that automated movement, you can simply use a push stroke for your other screens or you can adjust your registration to match the variance between the two styles, just keep your stroke direction consistent for a clean print run.

The Rudy Press comes standard with a 12-inch squeegee, but 14-inch & 8-inch options are available to match your print needs.

You can also swap out the squeegee blade!
For a solid underbase, drop in a triple durometer blade to lay down a smooth foundation. For the top colors, switch back to a standard 70 durometer blade to finish the print.

Pick a solid canvas - Don't lower the print value with cheap blanks. Use premium blanks so your prints look and feel retail-ready. Live printing is a great way to get new clients. Print to impress!

Upgrade your production speed & ease - The Rudy Press keeps your print quality high and consistent with minimal effort, making it the easiest setup to manage when a crowd forms around your booth.

Overpack and over plan - Hope for the best, plan for the worst! Being stranded on-site without extra screens, ink, or even supplies like tape & gloves can turn a fun event into a stressful situation. Come prepared so you don't lose out and have to shut down early.
