🚂 All Aboard for a Great Cause!

On October 17, MRB Group proudly participated in Canstruction at The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York.

Our team put their creativity, teamwork, and engineering skills to the test, bringing Thomas the Tank Engine to life using canned goods! Our creation, "Choo Choo? No, Chew Chew!", was part of this year's competition benefiting local families in need.

Canstruction is more than just a design-build competition. It's an opportunity to give back to our community, with all canned goods donated to help fight hunger.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped plan, organize, and build our creation! We are proud to support such a meaningful cause alongside so many other talented teams.

MRB Group recently partnered with the Town of Lyons, NY, to complete a comprehensive update of its zoning regulations, helping modernize the Town’s code while preserving the character of the community.

Working alongside Town officials, a local Steering Committee, residents, farmers, business owners, and other stakeholders, the updated regulations incorporate current planning best practices, including more flexible dimensional standards, updated parking requirements, and clearer pathways for housing options such as ADUs, duplexes, and townhouses.

The result is a more streamlined and community-focused zoning framework designed to support thoughtful growth and future development.
