Earlier this year, we planted a tree to commemorate Bob Wagner and his lasting contributions to Wagner. As a symbol of the foundation he built, our manufacturing team crafted a plaque to be placed near the tree that reads:
"In recognition of Robert A. Wagner, who, like this tree, planted the roots that set the foundation of this company, remained steadfast in his vision like this tree's trunk, and who set a forward, upward reaching vision for an Employee-Owned company like this tree's branches."
During the dedication, Board Chair Tom Fotsch shared gracious remarks about Bob's impact on the company, reflecting on the values, leadership and vision that continue to shape Wagner today. He also highlighted the opportunities employee ownership creates for Shareholders, encouraging us to remain engaged, invested and committed to building on the foundation Bob established. It was a meaningful opportunity to honor Bob's legacy and recognize the lasting influence he continues to have on our organization.
Marking 71 years of Wagner and 11 years as an ESOP, the dedication offered a special moment to reflect on our roots and what we're building together.
