Welding and fabrication have long been central to Wagner’s expertise and history in Milwaukee. The precision and technical skills of our welders shape the quality and performance of our products. TIG welding, in particular, provides the clean aesthetics and high‑strength results that define our railing systems.

In recognition of this month, we’re highlighting two members of our welding team: Meng and Toua.

Meng values the hands‑on nature of welding and the continuous learning it offers. Guided by the mindset of “love your growth,” he challenges himself to expand his skills and takes pride in turning raw materials into functional components that facilities across the country rely on. He values the team environment and loves sharing his knowledge with others.

Toua is drawn to the puzzle‑solving aspect of welding: fitting pieces together, understanding how they interact and creating a cohesive final product. He enjoys working with different metals, understanding their behavior under heat and applying the appropriate techniques to achieve consistent results. His passion for the craft is evident in the quality of his work.
