Meet Dan!
Dan has been with Howard for about 22 years, starting in March of 2004!

Tasks/Biggest Role
Dan’s daily tasks include visiting both existing and prospective customers to strengthen relationships and develop new business opportunities. He consistently delivers exceptional customer service by being a trusted partner to his customers. Dan has also played a key role in company-wide process improvement, especially by contributing to the development and implementation of our current OPS program.

Hannah’s daily tasks include preparing quotes and processing orders while collaborating across different departments. She has begun building relationships with both new and existing customers. In doing so, she has continued to develop her sales and customer service skills each day.

Meet Gianna!
Gianna has been with Howard for about 7 months, starting in August of 2025!

Tasks/Biggest Role
Gianna has taken on both existing and new accounts since joining Howard and is working to build relationships with said customers. She prepares strategic quotes, processes orders, and solves problems while maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers. She has additionally begun assisting with marketing plans at Howard.

Meet Colin!
Colin has been with Howard for about 9 months, starting in June of 2025!

Tasks/Biggest Role
Colin’s day-to-day work includes managing RFQs and orders, analyzing key factors to provide competitive pricing, and following up with customers to close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly goals. He’s also actively involved with Ryerson, contributing to presentations for our parent and sister companies, while additionally assisting with Ryerson’s recruiting and campus networking events. As one of our newer team members, Colin continues to expand his knowledge of Howard’s and Ryerson’s processes, fabrication capabilities, and the broader metals market.

Favorite Part of Working Here
“My favorite part of working at Howard is learning about the metals industry, especially the different end markets and product mixes in aluminum. As well as upper management’s willingness to educate and elaborate on varying principles in the metals industry.”

Colin just graduated from Purdue University this past May!

About one month ago, our company had the privilege of celebrating a remarkable career defined by steady leadership, thoughtful guidance, and deep commitment to helping others learn, grow, and succeed. Kim joined Howard Precision Metals nearly 30 years ago and quickly made an impact—rising from Inside Sales Manager to Vice President of Sales, and ultimately to General Manager. Throughout her tenure, she set a standard of excellence, leading with integrity, clarity, and genuine compassion. Her influence has strengthened not only our company, but also the industry as a whole. After years of dedication to this company, we couldn’t be happier for her to enter this next chapter of her life. Congratulations on your retirement Kimberly Anderson!

Meet Jason!
Jason has been with Howard for 8 years now, starting in November of 2017.
Jason was recently promoted from an Inside Sales Representative to the Inside Sales Manager!

Tasks/Biggest Role:
His days are still filled with many of the same responsibilities as an Inside Sales Representative – daily quote and order entry and maintaining inventory stock for select customers. Now as manager, he has taken on additional responsibilities, including scheduling and leading weekly team meetings, preparing end-of-week reports, overseeing ACH processes, and leading the inside sales team toward continued success.

Favorite part of working here:
“The people who work here make this work atmosphere so enjoyable. Even on days that are longer and more straining than others. You can always rely on Todd saying a funny joke. Someone being a bit zesty that day. The freedom to be who you are and not having to put on your 'work' face to fit any narrative.”

Fun Fact:
Jason began his journey at Howard during a college job as our janitor! “I always talked with Sharie and Kim, jokingly, but sort of serious, claiming one day I would work here. As my college graduation came up, I had been offered the job here as an inside sales representative. The real-life quote of ‘being at the right place, at the right time.’”
