Did you know that October is Fire Prevention Month and that this week is Fire Prevention Week?

Each shift at both Charter Wire locations had the opportunity to be trained on how to extinguish a live fire, in addition to learning about general fire safety. These types of trainings are one of the many ways Charter exemplifies the value of Safety and the wellbeing of our employees.

His favorite part about being an Operator is that he can "synthesize his own schedule" by choosing the order of his daily tasks thanks to his experience. When asked 'Why Charter?', John spoke of how much he appreciates the level of respect every employee receives. He also highlighted 2nd Shift's positive teamwork atmosphere and how it makes being an Operator more enjoyable.
