Meet Wally.
Wally is a Brake Press Team Member - Level 1 and has been with MPE for 19 ½ years, spending the last 11 of them working alongside his son! Since starting his career in Brake Press, he's embraced every opportunity given to him to learn as much as he can about the machines that MPE utilizes to bring ideas to life. He takes great pride in his work and in the fact that he's been able to witness his son grow his career in manufacturing alongside him.
Wally feels that his role has taught him a lot about respect and confidence in his own abilities. He says he stays at MPE for the people and the mission. Outside of work, you can find Wally playing the drums or working security alongside his son. Together, they've provided security for many concerts and events—even for a famous WWE wrestler!

Meet Ken.
Ken is a Paint Line Team Lead, and has been at MPE Inc. for about 3 years. Previously coming from a paint line position where he had the opportunity to paint Harley Davidson motorcycles, Ken has a true love for what he does.
Ken says that his favorite thing about MPE Inc. is the people, and the autonomy that he has over his career. He feels that his position is rewarding, because you're able to see the work that you do come together in the finished product, and see the impact that the product has on the healthcare industry. Ken feels that MPE Inc. has taught him patience, leadership and given him the opportunity to grow personally, and professionally.
Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife, and 4 kids. He's also a Milwaukee Bucks fan, and enjoys watching games whenever he can.

Meet Jon.
Jon is one of our Assembly Supervisors who truly loves what he does.
With over 30 years of fabrication experience, Jon started his career out of chance, but soon found joy in manufacturing. One of his favorite things about working at MPE Inc. is the opportunities that he has to support improvement plans, and the people he works with. When asked, Jon explained that the people at MPE Inc. make it easy for him to get up and come to work in the morning, and they help him see the true value that our work brings to the world.
Outside of work, you can find Jon and his dog camping, or you can find him riding his Harley. Jon has a deep passion for the outdoors, and even took a 2 year mini retirement to camp across the national parks!

MPE Inc. was excited to welcome Congressman Bryan Steil to our headquarters yesterday, in collaboration with the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC).
During his visit, Bryan participated in a roundtable discussion with other industry leaders to go over legislative issues, updates and policies. After the roundtable, Bryan toured our facility and participated in an interview with WMC CEO, Kurt Bauer.
