Built on a long-term partnership, this workplace reflects how evolving teams and talent strategies take shape in the built environment.

Designed for a confidential client, the space incorporates a mix of open work areas, enclosed rooms and collaborative zones that support a range of work styles.

A hospitality-driven approach shapes shared spaces, with flexible settings that prioritize comfort, choice and connection. These environments allow seamless transitions between focused work and collaboration while supporting long-term adaptability.

Celebrating 10 years with four team members who each bring something meaningful to our work.

Lisa Chang keeps projects moving with a calm, thoughtful approach that teams rely on. Emily McNamara brings thoughtful design, strong organization, and a collaborative mindset to everything she does. Kevin McNamara is a steady presence, hardworking, focused, and always willing to share his perspective when it matters. And Zak Kvasnica is known for his technical expertise, leadership during construction, and ability to keep complex work on track.

Congratulations to all four on this milestone.

When students can see learning in action, engagement follows. Across two recently completed high school renovations, EUA helped transform existing Innovation and STEAM spaces with increased transparency, supporting hands-on learning, collaboration, and real-world exploration.

From traditional shop classes to dynamic innovation hubs, the School District of Reedsburg and Pewaukee School District are redefining what career and technical education can look like in today’s high schools.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

In Normalizing the Conversation and Care, designer and planner Abby Sivwright explores how welcoming spaces and open conversations can help mental health care feel more approachable. If caring for our minds felt as routine as our bodies, how might that change the way we design and seek support?

Read how thoughtful design can reduce barriers, support privacy and meet people where they are.

Last Friday, our team celebrated the Baird Center being recognized as the WCREW's 2026 Project of the Year.

Designing spaces that strengthen our communities is a core pillar of our work and we are grateful to the Wisconsin District Center for the opportunity to contribute to a project that supports business growth, tourism, and economic development in Milwaukee.

We are proud to have partnered with TVS Design, Gilbane Building Company and C.D. Smith Construction to bring this vision to life.

Giving back is better when we do it together.

Across our Milwaukee, Madison, and Denver offices, teams stepped out of the studio and into their communities. From removing 382 pounds of trash at Sloan’s Lake in Denver, to supporting the Milwaukee Riverkeeper Spring Cleanup, to honoring Earth Day with a local park cleanup in Madison, every effort made a difference.

Proud of our teams for the teamwork, connection, and care they bring to the communities we call home.
