✨ What an AMAZING first event of the semester!! ✨ A big thank you to all 35 attendees who were able to join us, the Society of Women Engineers wholeheartedly appreciates all of you! 💜

Last week, we had an incredible career fair preparation event hosted by Clarios💡Clarios is a company creating the most advanced batter technologies for a majority of today’s vehicles. Make sure to check out their website for more career + internship opportunities 🤩🥳

Throughout the event, we gained invaluable insights on career fair/interviewing preparations, job searching strategies and resume tips. A huge shoutout to for empowering us to continue setting goals and achieving our dreams. We got this!🥇

What an incredible way to end the semester! 🎉 We were honored to have Cecilia, Daisy and Klarissa from the GE Healthcare team join us, making it an event to remember with 52 total attendees!! The GE healthcare team shared valuable insights into their personal journeys and our own career advancements 😄

Together, we explored leadership development, work-life balance, and much more. The session was highly engaging, with some fun group activities that fostered teamwork and bonding among us all. This event significantly boosted our personal development and self confidence. 🌼✨

A big shout out to all of our attendees who participated and made this event such a success. We’d also like to give a big THANK YOU for your continuous support throughout this semester. We are so deeply grateful for our nomination for the Student Excellence Award, “Community Impact of the Year.” Your recognition means more than you know, and we hope to see you all again next semester! 🌟❤️

Last week, SWE had a fantastic time at our event with ATC, the American Transmission Company ⚙️🌟 ATC develops efficiencies and technologies that strengthen electrical grids to provide a safe and reliable pathway for all forms of technology. The company also invests into community and educational programs that focus on empowering the youth with science, technology, engineering and math skills! 🤩

Throughout the event, participants shared stories and bonded through engaging discussions. From leadership insights to internship pathways, we dove deep into career advancement techniques and the importance of work-life balance and soft skills. The event finished off with an amazing Q&A session. All around, ATC and SWE are here and happy to help you guys energize your futures⚡️🌎
