The story will continue….
Passenger side caliper was not very happy and partially stuck. I was able to free it to get everything put together, but 50’ in to the test drive she locked up again. A sticky caliper was probably the culprit to start with on the passenger anyhow. Driver was due for some new hardware too. Parked for now and we will be putting a caliper on this ole girl when the parts show up.

That’s a wrap! Got them all fit and welded! Little MIg time as well TIG time. I will say though these threaded inserts/flanged inserts ( I know bassakwards but that’s what Iam calling them!) were a bit of a pain. When they were formed to match the 90* of the square tube they cracked in 1 or both sides which required repair without dropping goobers inside so the threads could be chased….Pain in the ass but I WON!

I’ll drop these bad chickens off tomorrow and see what else is on the docket for these guys.
