We are currently seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Lead Sales Associate, with Full-Time preferred, to join our team!

This position is ideal for someone who leads by example, has strong problem-solving skills, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service while supporting and motivating a team.

Qualifications:

* Previous supervisory experience preferred
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment required
* Must be available to work weekends and holidays
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and effectively lead a team

About the Role:

The Lead Sales Associate/Key Holder is responsible for opening and closing the store and serving as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Assistant or General Manager.

This position will also assist with:

* Inventory management
* Planogram setup and merchandising
* Maintaining store presentation and organization
* Supporting daily store operations
* Providing an exceptional customer experience to our Hastings community
