Cat food and water bowls. Made with quality pine, stained pecan gold and sealed with 3 coats of polyurethane.

Floating Shelves Are Expensive!! Or that's what I thought until I came up with this design using one 2x6 and two 5" wooden dowels. This is made with real wood and attached directly to the studs with 5" Lag bolts to insure it won't be going anywhere. There's also Locking dowels that slide into the front portion of the shelf in the top to hold it to the wall.

Playing around with some free design software today. I used the benches I built and recreated them using CraftyAmigo.

About a week ago, I had a stack of six 2x6s and some wooden dowels. Today, I present to you my first line of decorative benches. These would be great for an entryway to put on your shoes, or, like me, outside for plants to sit on. Strongly built and sealed with 2 coats of polyurethane to ensure they can withstand whatever you intend to use them for. DM me for prices. I have darker espresso-colored ones as well.
