Welcome Sam Preuss to the EEI team!

Sam is joining the mechanical department based in the Anchorage office. She is a recent Colorado State University graduate, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and her Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

During her graduate studies, Sam served as a Research Assistant with the CSU Powerhouse Energy Institute, where she played a key role in the development of the Hydrogen Fueling Test Bed. Her work included leading the installation and commissioning of a high-pressure hydrogen production and refueling facility. Notably, she helped facilitate the installation of Colorado's first public hydrogen refueling station.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. She is excited to explore Alaska and spend time with her godparents in Palmer.

We are thrilled to have her!
