As a Mechanical Integrity Engineer I (aka Engineer-In-Training or EIT), this entry-level position assists in the field inspection and preparation of engineering documents. Applies basic knowledge of engineering and construction materials related to engineering evaluation and design in collaboration with other engineers or project managers. Applies theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience of non-destructive testing methods and inspection techniques to obtain accurate inspection results. Works with engineering teams to assist in the evaluation of various project aspects.

Please welcome Galen Bennie to the EEI team! Galen is joining the Mechanical Integrity Department in Maine. He was born in NYC, but moved to Maine when he was 13. Galen recently graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in New York with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is involved in antique car auctions and enjoys sailing, rock climbing, and traveling.
