We're so pleased to welcome Ruby to the HSNZ team!

Ruby joined us last month as our new Office Admin and has already become a huge asset to the business.

Working alongside Kim, she has quickly settled into the role, assisting with administration and helping us continue to digitise and streamline our systems and processes. Her enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and attention to detail have already made a positive impact on the team.

While our guys are out inspecting, testing, welding, and working at height, there's a lot happening behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. Ruby has jumped in with both feet and has been doing an amazing job supporting those operations.

We're excited to have Ruby on board and look forward to seeing her continue to grow within the business.

Height Services NZ is looking for an experienced Stainless Steel Welder / Engineering Tradesperson to join our growing team.

This is not your standard workshop-only role. Our work is varied and hands-on, including:
✔ Stainless TIG & purge welding
✔ Industrial maintenance work
✔ Shutdowns & site projects
✔ Mechanical work
✔ Opportunities to grow into height safety & rope access work

We’re looking for someone with a good attitude, who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a hardworking team that backs each other up.

If you’re stuck doing the same repetitive work every day and are looking for something with more variety and growth opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

A bit of a personal update from us — Malakai has been off work on ACC following a mountain biking accident in the Redwood Forest on 14th March.

He’s starting to show small improvements, which is really encouraging, but he’s still got a way to go and isn’t in a place to be thinking about returning to work anytime soon.

He’s a big part of our team and is definitely missed around here — by us and by many of our clients as well.

We’re all behind him and focused on him taking the time he needs to recover properly. Looking forward to having him back when the time is right 💪
