We're excited to welcome Antony to the Nemesys team as our new Senior Process Engineer. Bringing with him more than a decade of experience in the dairy industry.

Antony holds a Masters in Bio Process Engineering from Massey University. And has a strong background spanning process engineering, operations, product, technical and supply chain management, and general management.

He has worked his way up from a hands-on sales and marketing role, and his career has taken him across the world. He has built a reputation as the go-to person for solving problems, and his versatility is a great addition to our team.

In his new role, Antony will support our automation engineers with his process engineering expertise. Helping to bridge the gap between what the process needs. And what our automation solutions deliver.

Beyond work, Antony is a passionate sportsman. He has coached football, squash, volleyball and cricket over many years, across all sorts of age groups, including at representative level and all four of his kids' teams. We have no doubt he will fit right in with our Friday team workouts!

Antony is looking forward to working with people and helping his peers develop. He is passionate about supporting others and encouraging learning opportunities for those around him. And that fits right in with the culture we are building at Nemesys.

On Friday we said farewell to Shaun, who is moving on from Nemesys after 5.5 years with the team.

Over that time, we have watched Shaun grow in his role and become a diligent engineer. Who consistently earned complimentary feedback from our customers. His care, professionalism and attention to detail have reflected well on him. And on Nemesys, and that doesn't go unnoticed.

Shaun joined us for his last Friday team workout, which was a fitting send-off for someone who has always been part of the team in every sense.

We will miss his unintentional humour the most. Some of our best laughs have come from Shaun when he wasn't even trying, and the office won't be quite the same without it.

Thank you, Shaun, for everything you have contributed over the past 5.5 years. We wish you all the very best in your next venture, and the door is always open.

We are so proud to celebrate Tahi's 10 year anniversary with Nemesys!

Tahi joined us in the very early days, starting out in our first office on Church Road. A decade on, he has been part of every step of the Nemesys journey, and we couldn't imagine the business without him.

Tahi is the definition of loyal. He is steady, patient and incredibly hard working, the kind of person who quietly gets the job done and always does it well. His calm approach and willingness to see things through have made him someone the whole team, and our customers, can count on.

Over the past 12 months, Tahi has really stepped up. His loyalty and dedication have always been there, but this year they have gone to another level. He has grown in confidence, taken on more, and become an even stronger presence in our team, and we have loved watching it happen.

Of course, it's Tahi's sense of humour that we love most. He has a way of keeping things light, and he is always fun to be around, whether it's a tough day on site or a catch-up in the office.

Thank you, Tahi, for 10 years of dedication, laughs and hard work. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Nemesys family and can't wait to see what the next 10 years bring.

We’re excited to welcome Tui Peters to the Nemesys team, bringing with her more than 18 years of automation and commissioning experience across a diverse range of industries and countries.
With a strong background spanning engineering, project delivery and team leadership, Tui brings a great combination of technical expertise, practical problem-solving and experience delivering automation solutions from concept right through to commissioning.
As Nemesys continues to grow, it’s fantastic to have another highly experienced automation professional joining our team and adding to the depth of knowledge across the business.

A great night out for a great cause!

A big thank you to MHCO Maisey Harris & Co for hosting their annual Quiz Night Fundraiser, raising funds for The Graeme Di**le Foundation.
Nemesys entered three teams - the Unstoppables, Unbeatables and Unbeaten, with plenty of confidence heading into the night!

Unfortunately, only one of our teams managed to come away with a prize… for second-to-last place! 😂 But hey, it was all for a great cause, and we had plenty of laughs along the way.

It was also a great opportunity for the team to head out together and spend an evening doing something together other than work! With some big hours being put in across the business lately, nights like these are a great reminder of how important it is to make time to simply hang out and have some fun together.

A special thanks to our Nemesys Social Club for continuing to create these opportunities and making sure there’s time for a bit of balance amongst all the hard work.
And of course, congratulations to the MHCO team for organising and running another fantastic event in support of the Graeme Di**le Foundation. We loved being part of it!

We're incredibly proud to have supported the Glen Massey School PTA Kiwiana Quiz Night and to see the community come together to raise an amazing $10,195!

Congratulations to everyone involved in making the evening such a success. Knowing these funds will go towards upgrading the school pool and facilities for future generations of tamariki makes it even more rewarding.

Thank you to the Glen Massey School PTA for the kind words and for allowing us to play a small part in such a fantastic community initiative. Supporting the communities we work in is something we're proud to do.

Winter is commissioning season… and what a season it has been! ❄️⚙️

Across New Zealand, our engineers have spent the past few months on customer sites, commissioning projects that will help improve manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, and support production for years to come.

It's incredibly rewarding to see the results of months and often years of planning and collaboration come to life. From successful first batches rolling off production lines to achieving performance improvements that exceed expectations, every milestone is a testament to the dedication of our team and the partnerships we've built with our customers.

As we head into the final few weeks of what is always our busiest time of year, we want to take a moment to say thank you.

To our engineers, project managers, and support teams - thank you for your commitment, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Long days, cold mornings, weekends away from home, and the inevitable challenges of commissioning are all met with resilience, teamwork, and an unwavering focus on delivering for our customers. We couldn't be prouder of what you've achieved.

To our customers - thank you for your trust, collaboration, and support throughout these projects. Successful commissioning is a true partnership, and we appreciate the opportunity to work alongside your teams to deliver these outcomes.

Another fantastic few days at ROKLive 2026, hosted by Rockwell Automation, Inc. and NHP.
Our Managing Director, Rex Robinson, and Rachel Arcos Busby our Taranaki Lead Automation Engineer, had the opportunity to attend this year's conference, joining industry leaders to explore the latest innovations, emerging technologies, and future trends shaping industrial automation.
The conference provided valuable technical insights, inspiring presentations, and plenty of opportunities to connect with peers, partners, and industry experts from across Australasia. It was certainly a full schedule, informative, engaging, and yes... a little exhausting but made all the more enjoyable thanks to the outstanding hospitality from the Rockwell Automation and NHP teams.
A huge thank you to our hosts for putting together such a well-run event and creating an environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and innovation.
We're looking forward to putting many of the ideas and insights into practice as we continue delivering world-class automation solutions for our customers.
