Quite an enjoyable day yesterday. Drove from Whanganui to Hamilton along the scenic state highway 4 after spending a couple of days in Whanganui & Palmerston North.
Wasn't able to see Ruapehu etc to the snow clouds covering them but did stop to take a photo of a cool rail bridge you get to drive under.

Pretty good day cruising down to Whanganui via the mighty wild west of Taranaki. Caught up with some old ABB team member...

Always good to see the old hill and the old team.

Yesterday was a great day, myself & the old boy got to get out on the road again to undertake Transformer QA inspections.
Most of the activity being undertaken while Hamilton had joined Auckland in Alert Level 3, was carrying out Audits utlising MS Teams to keep the momentum up to deliver the annual plan for one of my clients.

Next week sees me crossing the border into the Auckland Region, COVID test completed with a negative result.

It's great to be out and about again
