It was great to see students engaging with both coman_construction , the site contractor, and us, gaining valuable insight into how collaboration helps bring residential developments from design through to construction.
Discussions focused on contaminated soils, drainage and stormwater management, retaining structures, and the practical challenges involved in delivering civil infrastructure for residential projects.
A big thank you to the students for their enthusiasm, curiosity, and engagement throughout the visit. We also extend our thanks to Comans for opening their site to support this learning opportunity, and to Kāinga Maha and home. for their support in making the event possible
