Catchment Pits & Stormwater Drainage | Project Update

Another stage of the drainage works is underway, with concrete catchment pits being installed at the driveways.

These catchment pits are designed to collect surface runoff from the driveways and direct the water into the main stormwater system.

As part of the installation, trenches are carefully excavated and graded to maintain the required fall, allowing water to flow efficiently towards the main stormwater lines.

This is an important part of subdivision infrastructure, helping ensure effective stormwater management across the development.
