Checking every feature on every part by eye gets harder as volumes grow.

In this cell, an operator loads an EV battery cover onto a fixture. From there, the robot presents it for vision inspection, loads approved covers into racks and links each part to its rack in the plant's data system. Cycle time is 70 seconds part to part, with full traceability.

Most tube forming equipment does not fail. It drifts.

Tooling wears a little, a clamp loses a little pressure, a cycle stretches by half a second, and the machine that ran clean for three years starts making marginal parts. Nobody decided to let that happen. It just was not anyone's job to catch it.
