From raw stock to finished parts.
Here are a couple of the latest jobs going through the shop at TurnWorks.
Starting with round bar, these parts required a combination of turning, threading, grooving and milled features to produce the finished components.
This is the type of work we're looking to do more of — one-off parts, small production runs, repeat production work, replacement parts and overflow machining.
If your shop has parts you don't have time or capacity to run, a replacement part that needs reverse engineered, or a small quantity job that's difficult to place, we'd be glad to take a look.

Machining is only part of what we do.

This counterweight started with boring the holes to size, followed by fitting and welding in the tube.

Having machining and fabrication capabilities in the same shop lets us take a job through multiple operations without it needing to move between vendors.
