Steep shoreline with no easy access—this stair system was built to create a clean, reliable path down to the water.

The setup includes a full stair run with a removable aluminum section at the bottom, fabricated by Phoenix Welding (Portland, ME), built to handle changing conditions along the shoreline.

The timber portion was completed with help from Building Finishes LLC (Winterport, ME)

Simple, solid, and built to last.

Best of 2025 🌊

Continuing our look back at some of our favorite builds from the past year—this rebuild project, managed by PM Henri Gignoux, was completed following storm damage from January 2024.

The project includes (3) 6' x 54' aluminum arch-style pier sections. We were able to recover much of the original IPE decking and reuse it on the new structure.

The aluminum sections were fabricated by Rees Ramps and Custom Welding LLC, with installation completed by Two Harbor Marine Construction (Hope, ME).

Built to handle Maine's shoreline.

Best of 2025 🌊

As we head into summer, we're highlighting some of our favorite builds from the past year—starting with this standout 4' x 136' custom pier by PM Henri Gignoux.

This project features IPE decking and handrails paired with cable rail for a clean, modern finish, along with durable aluminum stairs for easy access to the shoreline.

Built to last, designed for the Maine coast.
