Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to build a career in BIM project management?
DJM Design CAD & Coordination Services, Inc. is looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team and help coordinate BIM/CAD projects for the construction industry.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple BIM/CAD projects
- Communicate with clients and internal team members
- Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines
- Coordinate BIM models and drawing submissions
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Support quality control of drawings and coordination models
- Assist with change orders, RFIs, and project reporting
👷 What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred—or equivalent experience
