Many of you have heard the rumors, but today we are making it official: We have officially placed our order for the T&S BlockMaster CNC Machine! After years of working toward this goal, we are finally bringing world-class CNC blueprinting to our facility. This isn't just a new machine; it’s a total game-changer for our customers. What does this mean for your builds?
✅ Unmatched Accuracy: True CNC blueprinting for boring and decking.
✅ Faster Turnaround: Automated probing and machining to get your engine blocks, cylinder heads, and etc. back to you sooner.
✅ Advanced Capabilities: Lifter bores, O-ringing, Cam Tunnel boring, and Align Boring—all done with surgical precision.

From high-performance domestic V8s to intricate imports and inline-6s, we are ready to take your projects to the next level. We’re expecting a Fall 2026 delivery and will keep you updated every step of the way. Pairing this machine with our new Rottler H85AX this year, we are thrilled to give you even better quality work coming out of our doors. We do not claim to be the best, but we will always do our best.

I want to thank Chris and the rest of the Team @ T&S Machines and Tools, Inc.. for being so patient with me all these years, and finally helping us make this dream a reality!

We cannot wait to post up OUR photos of the updated shop with our new machinery! We will then plan to start implementing FAR more content coming out of this shop later this year. We have a lot to do, but fortunately, we have a lot of great people on our side helping us prepare.

A Note to Our Future Partners/Customers & Friends:
As we grow, we want to be clear about how we operate. We know it can sometimes feel like a challenge to "get in" at our shop. The truth is, we prioritize quality over quantity.

If you are easy to work with, we will always go above and beyond to make the process easy for you. We run our shop with a specific approach, strict policies, and a commitment to doing things the right way the first time. We realize our process isn't for everyone—and that's okay. If you don't feel our style is a fit, there are other shops out there. But if you value precision and a professional partnership, we can't wait to work with you.

To the rest of you,
Thank you for sticking with us through the hurdles—the best is yet to come!

Cheers to all of you!

Getting one of our great racers setup just in time! Set of AllPro 285s for a small displacement LS. Capable of 9,000+ but this racer keeps it conservative.
We did our best to save these heads as when they arrived, they were hurting. Another shop attempted to repair the bad chamber and had no luck (I guess 🤷🏻‍♂️). We installed new valve seats after the customer had the welding repairs done below them and then I started blending the welds all into the chambers by hand. Blended the valve seats into the throat of the ports and good to go.

Turned out better than we expected for the SERIOUS amount of damage that was done to these.

Hey Everyone, it has been quite a while since we updated. A LOT going on in the business and our personal lives.
Good news is, we are catching up with so many back logged jobs. As most of you know (who are working with us, not the arm chair quarterbacks), we work in stages, and to your budget at the time.
We know doing it right the first time is a costly expense, but the majority of your already know that when starting a complete build and/or refresh of an engine. No we are not perfect, yes, we would love to be able to meet tighter timelines, but we will always be up front on our timelines to either meet your expectations or not.

To somewhat help the back log, we have officially ordered the Rottler Manufacturing H85AX CNC hone. It was a dream for us to purchase for years, and we finally purchased the facility to do this. This is due to arrive in July, and we will update everyone as soon as we have it up and running. This is a great addition for quicker turn around times for all of you. Especially, since we deal with so many local builders, it helps us meet their demand as well. With the added bonus, this machine is a complete upgrade on surface finish, perfectly round cylinders, and computer controlled.

We will update in July on the progress, we have a lot to do to set the shop up for this upgrade! We have more in store this year as well, stay tuned!

Those of you who have and/or working with us now, THANK YOU for your support and patience!

Another job done for the guys at DeCordre Automotive & Performance.
2018 Silverado 6.2L with a Whipple Supercharger.
Screenshot from Brandon's post on what happened with the truck. Along with photos from him when he took it all apart.
These were rebuilt with new Valves and a Brian Tooley valve spring kit. Brandon will be installing a new camshaft/lifters too!
Im sure we will be updated on the numbers this truck puts down. Only limiting factor is the OEM bottom end. So we know the tune up is going to be on the safer side.

Just under 10 sets of these Brodix spec heads refreshed (properly) over the last few months, these being the absolute worst. These were on an engine that didn't last 1 full race before letting loose.
Poor finish on the surface, valve seats were all over the place while trying to valve job them, they were clearly not well "rebuilt" before.

We dont claim to be the best by any means, but man are some people total clowns in this business. Whoever "rebuilt" these last should be ashamed of themselves. Lastly, they should be nowhere near a race engine at all.

Never ceases to amaze me what people try to put out there. Especially, on the race track.
Barely lasted 1 race since the "refresh", all 16 valves bent.

Had a different than usual set of blocks in this week.
Porsche 996 & Porsche 9A1 blocks for resurfacing. These blocks are the older and newer versions that belong in models like the 911, 911 turbo, Cayman, and GT3. They definitely needed a good touch up resurface (as you'll see in the pictures of the machining process).
These are plated/nickasil coated by PowerSeal USA in Kimberton. We send A LOT of people to those guys. They do quality work, and Jamie/Chris are great guys to talk with.

Even broke out the profilometer to back up what I told them our finish would be. For those that know what that means, mine only reads it metric terms, but we are right between 18-20RA. Its why we always buy the right stuff from the right people for our equipment. Always appreciate working with a local small business producing quality work! 👌🏼

Happy Sunday! Wanted to update many of you of you who we haven't spoken with yet! We are up and running at our new place in Schwenksville, and have started/completed a few jobs as of these past couple of weeks. We have many open jobs at the moment, and kept many of you updated along the way. We will be entertaining new work as of now. We have plenty of great people on a list at the moment, but can work some more into the schedule here over the next few weeks. Nothing happens too fast in this business, but we will certainly do our best to accommodate.

To all our family/friends who have helped us this whole time throughout the move, THANK YOU! It was a very hectic move, not easy at all, so thank you for helping us in anyway that you could to make it less stressful. We aren't perfect, and don't claim to be, so thank you for all your help!

To our current & future customers, THANK YOU as well for your patience and understanding!
