Planning a Fall Induction? Don't wait to get started! Fall Initiation Requests are due in just two months (December 21st).

Need to restart your chapter before your Fall Induction? Reach out right away to [email protected]. The National Office continues processing Fall 2026 activity through December 31 ahead of the January 1, 2027, ASCE transition.

Last year, the Chi Epsilon chapter at CSU Long Beach reactivated after a period of dormancy following the pandemic.

In case you missed the XE/ASCE Integration Forum, here are some highlights–

XE is not going away! Everything that makes XE membership distinctive will remain intact.

Carry on with business as usual this Fall, considering how XE and ASCE can collaborate on your campus. Keep in mind that ASCE and XE relationships will vary by institution. There's no 'right' way here!

Here's everything you need to know for your Fall Induction (Submissions due by December 21, 2026!)

1. Confirm the proposed initiate list with your Faculty Advisor

2. Identify a Chapter Delegate as the primary National Office Contact

3. Submit one Chapter Initiation Request

Once approved, proposed initiates receive their individual registration form from [email protected]

Each student must complete the form to be officially registered and receive their GRN/ICN, certificate, and pin

Certificate and pin orders are processed weekly as registrations are completed
