The Kleinfelder Construction Services (KCS) Public Relations team, alongside the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), has received a 2026 CAPIO Award of Distinction for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Outreach! 🏆

This award recognizes their work on the countywide Active Transportation Program (ATP) to make walking and biking safer.

By focusing on equitable, multilingual, and community-focused outreach, the team achieved:

In West Virginia, water trapped inside an abandoned mine blew out, triggering a significant landslide along the popular West Fork River Rail Trail. What began as a drainage and repair effort quickly evolved into something more complex.
