From high school lab tech to national leader, Jeremy Larsen’s journey at Kleinfelder is a masterclass in growth, grit, and saying yes to opportunity:

✔️ Started in 1992 while still in high school
✔️ Took on remote field work at just 17
✔️ Led one of California’s largest construction projects before turning 30
✔️ Helped expand Kleinfelder into healthcare and new markets
✔️ Stepped into leadership roles across the West Coast, Texas, and beyond
✔️ Today: leading Construction Materials Engineering and Testing (CoMET) operations nationwide

Along the way, Jeremy built teams, turned around operations, and helped shape the future of our business. And perhaps most special, his impact extends beyond projects and offices, with his son Garrett a Kleinfelder employee since 2014.
