Beating the heat today and cooling off with daydreams about this custom pool, designed to make the most of its desert setting at The Madison Club in La Quinta. The pool’s vanishing edge visually extends toward the private golf course, creating an effortless connection with the fairway views.

We are excited to share that our recently completed project, “Only The Wild Ones,” is featured in magazine!

is an earthy wine garden and vinyl listening bar with an analog approach to wine and sound. The design features an oversized concrete planter which hovers over the bar and record area.

Patterson Engineering, Inc. crafted this communal space in Revit from start to finish, which eased coordination, facilitated transparency, and ultimately translated a multi-disciplinary design into an inviting gathering space.

“Acacia” was one of our first multifamily designs to be completed in Revit BIM software. Since that time, we’ve made it the norm. Now 100% of our incoming work is in Revit for the design, documentation, and visualization of 3D projects. This enables multidisciplinary collaboration, automatic updates to plans, and parametric modeling, improving project timelines and communication overall. That directly translates to savings and keeping projects under budget.
