Utah Tech University Science, Engineering, and Technology Building

The Science, Engineering, and Technology Building at Utah Tech University is a five-story, 120,000-square-foot facility that serves as a dynamic hub for the university’s Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Mechanical Engineering programs. The building features 26 state-of-the-art laboratories, a variety of classrooms, faculty offices, dedicated student study areas, and three outdoor patios, including one specially designed for astronomical observation.

Westminster University Florence J. Gillmor Hall

This project enhances the performing arts complex at Westminster University with the addition of a new 23,500-square-foot, three-story facility dedicated to performance and practice. The building’s interior features include music practice studios, a theater rehearsal area, a student performance lounge, a dance studio, a lobby/art gallery, a choral rehearsal classroom, and a versatile recital hall that also serves as a lecture space. Constructed with a steel frame, the exterior is finished with brick masonry, metal panels, and a glass curtain wall.
