Someone has asked me if I could make a knife out of a wrench. The client wants it in time for Christmas as a gift for their brother. Decided to try it out and see how it works before we did the real thing. The bigger blade was the wrench handle while the bonus little dagger was out of the open-ended part of the wrench. I think this will work…

It’s a little chilly today. Come by Snow Hinton Park in Tuscaloosa and take a lap or three to warm up…and maybe see the Kentuck Festival of the Arts. We’re here for the weekend!

The Bluff Park Art show was cancelled this weekend, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t working. Another batch is glued up and ready to have their handles finished. These will be available at the AGCA show Oct 10-11 at the Hoover Met.

Stages of squishiness. Some go and San mai that I have been working on. There is a little bit of Damascus thrown in for variety. Some of this will hopefully be available this weekend at Bluff Park.
