This year, nearly 250 trainers were celebrated across Vention, from New York to Tashkent, for the ways they help others grow: through mentoring, knowledge sharing, internal workshops, and creating learning moments that make teams stronger.

As Maryia, QA Engineer and mentor, put it:

Centered on a question that’s becoming harder to ignore: What happens when AI optimization runs into human values? From ethics and accountability to real-world tradeoffs, one thing became clear; building with AI isn’t just about efficiency, it’s about intention.
