Introducing the Camp Stores family friendly immersive experience to the Twin Cities. Finn Daniels, along with our project partners at Camp Stores, Simon Property Group and CoBeck Construction, have brought an immersive Bluey’s Backyard experience, a slime bar, craft studio, and retail store to Southdale Center. The design features over 12,000 square feet of fun, learning, and immersion throughout multiple vignettes designed to stimulate all your senses, and build on the power of imagination. The design of this project required outside the box thinking and multiple layers of required approvals, all of which led to an inspired project for all involved.

We're excited to announce the completion of a full tenant improvement for the new Sleep Number location at The Streets at Southpoint in North Carolina. This project transforms the space into a modern, thoughtfully designed retail environment that reflects Sleep Number's commitment to innovation, comfort, and personalized wellness.

The renovation features a new mall storefront with updated glazing and entry systems, custom partition construction, and fully integrated power, lighting, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure. Elevated ceilings, interior finishes, and fixtures were carefully selected to create a cohesive and welcoming shopping experience that supports both function and style.

We're proud to continue our partnership with Sleep Number on projects nationwide. Collaborating with a brand committed to innovation and customer experience allows us to deliver spaces that perform as beautifully as they look, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth across the country.

The new LensCrafters at Southdale Center has arrived. The storefront features bronze metal panels, illuminated product graphics, and plenty of glass to highlight their frame selection and retail operations. Finn Daniels is proud of the collaboration on the design with Simon Property Group and the EssilorLuxottica Store Development and Design Team.

Sleep Number Heritage Harbour

We are thrilled to announce a store opening at Heritage Harbour in Bradenton, FL. This project represents an exciting collaboration, with Finn Daniels supporting Sleep Number from the earliest preliminary drawings through the completion of the construction document set. The result is a thoughtfully designed space that reflects the brand’s commitment to comfort, innovation, and customer experience.

We’re proud to have played a role in bringing this store to life and even happier to see how beautifully it turned out.

The FDA crew kicked off the season with a festive night out starting with a delicious dinner at Umbra and ending with a magical performance of A Christmas Carol at the Guthrie Theater! From a brisk winter walk to big laughs and memorable moments, the night was one for the books.
