Please join us in welcoming Michele Gaabo to Team AET as our new Director of Quality.

Michele brings more than 25 years of laboratory and construction materials testing experience, along with extensive leadership experience in quality and safety. She will lead the AET enterprise quality strategy and Quality Management System, partnering across our operations, engineering, laboratory, and field teams to drive consistency, continuous improvement, and high-quality project delivery.

We're excited to have Michele on board and look forward to the leadership and expertise she brings to AET.

⛳ This week, we hit the course at the 2026 MCC Golf Outing, hosted by the Minnesota Concrete Council (MCC)! Gerard Moulzolf and Derek Lalim represented our team, and we enjoyed a great day of networking, industry connections, and friendly competition.

A special congratulations to Gerard for scoring a hole-in-one! 🎉🏌️ That is the kind of shot most golfers spend a lifetime chasing, and a fitting highlight of an outstanding day on the course.

As a hole sponsor and bourbon raffle sponsor, we supported this event and the opportunities it creates for industry professionals to connect.
