🌟 Congratulations to Levy County on Their Florida Job Growth Grant Award! 🌟

North Florida Professional Services (NFPS) is proud to celebrate Levy County’s award of $1.5 million through the Florida Job Growth Grant Fund—an investment that will strengthen infrastructure, support job creation, and help the community continue to thrive.

A special commendation goes to NFPS staff member Laurie Hodson, who worked closely with Levy County staff throughout the development of this application. Laurie’s dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to serving rural communities played an important role in preparing and submitting a strong, competitive proposal.

We also want to recognize the Levy County Board of County Commissioners, County Manager Mary-Ellen Harper, and county staff for their vision, collaboration, and leadership. Their proactive approach to in-house economic development and project coordination is clearly paying off for local residents.

NFPS is honored to partner with Levy County on projects that build long-term resilience and opportunity across the region. Congratulations again to everyone involved—this is a win for the entire community! 👏

Last night, members of the NFPS team had the pleasure of attending — and proudly sponsoring — the 2025 FREDA VIP Reception at the College of Central Florida’s Vintage Farm Campus in Ocala. It was an incredible evening of connection, collaboration, and conversation with Florida’s rural leaders and economic development partners. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support this event and strengthen our commitment to helping communities across the state grow, thrive, and build a resilient future.
