Been a bit since we’ve posted an update about this car

The first ProCharger Superchargers stage 3 D1x car we’ve built here in house.

Customer installed a proper boost gauge on it (instead of us guessing) and the car is making about 12lbs of boost out of this D1x on E85 with a 4.8 pulley 🤯

Same exact setup that it made 816 and is trapping 140+ in the 1/4….

Getting it prepped for some better 1/4 times had to go with GForce Engineering axles because those OEM ford ones weren’t going to cut it. As well as a couple other BMR Suspension goodies.

Didn’t quite get a 9 out of it (yet) but has the mph for low 9s with a better 60ft and still drives like stock thanks to Shoemaker Performance couldn’t have asked for a better grocery getter setup

Always 👏 Replace 👏 The 👏 Crank 👏 Bolt

And use the OEM washer or arp lol

And when you’re replacing oil pump gears do it right and put a set of Boundary Pump Division gears & crank sprocket in.

Needless to say this engine is done for. We will do some more test down once we are back from Sema 😬

S550 Gt500 got dropped off and we were told it needed a new engine. Of course we decided we were going to do our diagnostics first because it’s not common to see these 5.2 predators blown up….

For those who ask “is it worth doing oil pump gears” we have tested and confirmed the base option for OPGS through Boundary Pump Division are stronger than the Coyote stock rods and pistons 😂😂

This Gen 3 car was overspinning a D1x and got a little to spicy on a cool night 😅

Side note this car was making this power with a dedicated drive ProCharger kit with NO crank support as well. Proper installation goes a long way
