3 Phaze Fab is experiencing significant long term growth and is seeking quality minded driven individuals to join our team of craftsmen to help us continue servicing our customers as we move into a new facility.

We are seeking experienced Brake Press operators for a second shift and a weekend shift to utilize our state of the art Diamond brake presses.

We are also seeking Robot Operators for a second shift and weekend shift.

We are also seeking multiple welders to fill production welding, large fabrications and also skilled aluminum welders.

To allow our team enough personal and family time we work 4- 10 hour days M-TH.

Weekend shift is 3 days at 12 hours and payed for 40 hours.

Competitive pay based on skillset.

We are a rapidly growing fabrication business with a great family atmosphere and the owners work with the team in the floor!

We are seeking an experienced aluminum welder capable of passing an AWS D2.1 certification.

We are also seeking and an experienced robot operator to run our Fanuc robots.

We are also seeking a general laborer that can hustle and wants to advance into welding, robotics or brake press operator with mentoring.

We are also seeking experienced production welders with the main focus being steel.

All pay for the positions are based on experience level.

We are thankful for our great team as well as great customers!
We could not do what we do without both.

We are very excited to share our latest additions to better serve our customers and keep up with demands as well as growth.

The last 4 weeks have been very busy with the installation of a Genesis systems robotic weld system and the addition of a second press brake.
We have installed a Mitsubishi Diamond 6’ 60 ton electric press brake with the Videre system.

If you are looking for a fun, fast paced and rapidly growing company with an AIR CONDITIONED environment that does production welding, fabricating and forming and utilizes the latest in welding and fabricating technology this is the place to be!
