United was proud to participate in the ribbon cutting for the 141st Street Interchange on SR 37 in Hamilton County. ✂️ This interchange is part of the larger SR 37 improvements, eliminating at-grade road crossings. This project has been instrumental in bringing together all of the Hamilton County communities and making East-West travel considerably more convenient, which is opening up commercial opportunities.

United completed the interchange design for 141st Street and 146th Street, and several of the design engineers and managers were on-site to celebrate the ribbon cutting. Congratulations to Hamilton County, the City of Fishers Indiana Government, Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), and the state of Indiana for the completion of this important leg of SR 37.

Strong minds. Strong bodies. Strong teams. 💪

United employees and our new interns recently took part in another energizing workout lunch, which coincidentally perfectly aligned with National Employee Health and Fitness Month. This month highlights the important connection between workplace safety, employee wellness, and productivity, while encouraging healthy lifestyles both in and out of the office.

The team powered through a great sweat session before refueling with Chipotle and good conversation afterward. Events like these are a great reminder that investing in employee well-being helps create healthier, happier, and more connected workplaces.

United is taking things to new heights—literally!

We’re excited to share that Dave Zola is now a certified Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) with his Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. In addition to his everyday work, Dave will be capturing aerial photos and videos to support our projects from a whole new perspective.

From progress tracking to storytelling, we’re looking forward to seeing how Dave’s creativity takes flight and helps showcase our work in new ways. Congratulations, Dave!

May is Bike Safety Month! 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

At United, we love opportunities to incorporate safe, accessible bike infrastructure into our projects, helping communities stay connected while promoting active transportation.

Projects like the City of Carmel, Indiana Government Monon Bridge over Carmel Drive are great examples of how thoughtful design can improve safety and create better experiences for cyclists and pedestrians alike.

Happy “Fryday” from United’s Donut Club! 🍩

Self-proclaimed as the “Best Club at United,” it’s hard to argue with a tradition that’s been going strong for more than 10 years. Every Friday, members bring in donuts from their favorite local bakeries across Central Indiana.

Because let’s be honest… there’s no better way to start your morning than with a fried donut. Hole-y moly, indeed!
