We are excited to celebrate Sharon Daniel’s 15-year anniversary with Radiance!

Sharon is a Billing/Travel Specialist within our Accounting Division and has been supporting Radiance's growth through travel for over a decade.

When reflecting on what she enjoys about being an employee-owner at Radiance, Sharon shared, “I love the people! I enjoy getting to know everyone individually and helping with each of their travel needs.”

Sharon’s advice for someone just starting their career is to get to know your coworkers, get out of your comfort zone, and try new things. She encourages people to “Be a sponge and absorb all the knowledge you can from anyone and everyone who is willing to teach you.”

Meet Julie, our new Human Resources Intern here at Radiance! Julie is currently attending Drury University and will be graduating with a degree in Business Administration this December.

During her time at Radiance, Julie has been gaining valuable experience, growing professionally, and learning from a team of experienced professionals.

When asked what drew her to Radiance, she shared, “Radiance offered the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources while being part of a company that makes a meaningful impact.”

During her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, fiancé, and two cats.

Today, we officially broke ground on our new $370 million secure microchip packaging facility in North Louisiana!

In partnership with Louisiana Tech University, Louisiana Economic Development, the LA Tech University Foundation, and the City of Ruston, this state-of-the-art facility will bolster domestic manufacturing, secure critical national supply chains, and reinforce our commitment to advancing the nation's technological capabilities. We couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter of growth and the incredible impact it will bring.

This month, we are happy to celebrate Miranda Mallett’s 5th anniversary as an employee-owner at Radiance!

Miranda is a Contractor SAP Security Officer within our Security Division and has been supporting Radiance’s safety over the past five years.

Over the course of Miranda’s five years at Radiance, Miranda expressed her gratitude to her fellow coworkers. She shared, “It’s easy to love what you do when you’re surrounded by talented, supportive, and dedicated employee-owners who make coming to work something to look forward to.”

Miranda’s advice to someone just starting a career is to “take the opportunity to learn something new. You never know how that experience or knowledge might help you in your career down the road.”

Join us in welcoming one of our new employees, Randy Bryant!

Randy is joining us as a Scrum Master in Dayton, OH. He brings more than 20 years of experience in IT, specifically in networks, security, software development, Agile teaching and training, as well as being an adjunct instructor.

When asked why he is excited to join Radiance, Randy said, “I am impressed with all the people I have met here. It also gives me a chance to use my acquired skills to help the company more fully adapt Agile practices.”

Outside of work, Randy enjoys working on computers, teaching, and restoring his Mustang.

Say hello to Hayden Marshall, one of our newest employee-owners in Monterey, CA!

Hayden is joining us as a Software Engineer. He brings a wide variety of experience from all around the United States. His background ranges from supporting the Navy’s operations as an intern contractor in California and Mississippi to supporting operational meteorologists and weather media content at AccuWeather and The Weather Company in Wichita and Atlanta.

When asked why he was drawn to Radiance, Hayden shared, “I was drawn to Radiance because of their well-earned reputation as an employee-owned defense contracting company. I saw the company as a great fit for my goals of working with a team to the Navy and growing professionally.”

Outside of work, Hayden is an avid marathon runner and hiker. He enjoys exploring new locations, taking on challenges, and pushing himself to compete at the highest level possible in running.

Last month, WE LEAD turned the focus to situational awareness and everyday self defense with Nicole Moore, Radiance University’s Learning & Development Coordinator.

Nicole shared prevention strategies, ways to stay more aware of your surroundings, and simple techniques that can be applied in everyday situations. Drawing from 10 years of martial arts training across Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and other disciplines, bringing a hands-on perspective to the conversation.

It was a unique opportunity to learn from one of our own employee-owners and hear how discipline, preparation, and awareness can make a real difference.

Our Dayton office recently teed off at Beavercreek Golf Club for our Annual Golf Tournament, bringing together community partners, local businesses, and supporters in support of Fisher-Nightingale Houses, Inc.

Fisher-Nightingale Houses supports the Fisher Houses at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the Dayton VA Medical Center, providing no-cost lodging for military members, veterans, and their families while a loved one receives medical care. The tournament is one way our Dayton team can help support that mission and the families who rely on it.
