We officially kicked off our 2026 Accelerate Internship Experience today with a welcome lunch across our Dayton, Huntsville, and remote offices.

This summer’s intern class will be stepping into projects, teams, and real work that will give them a closer look at what it means to grow their professional careers. With mentorship, hands on experience, and opportunities to learn from employee-owners across the company, Accelerate is designed to make the summer both practical and meaningful from day one.

Radiance recently hosted Master’s Cohort Week, showcasing an exceptional benefit available to our employee-owners: the opportunity to earn select graduate degrees with 100% tuition reimbursement through our university partnerships.

Faculty and staff from Auburn University Samuel Ginn College of Engineering, Harbert College of Business, and Wright State University - College of Engineering and Computer Science joined us throughout the week to share information about these graduate programs and answer questions from prospective students.

On Friday, our Huntsville Young Professionals took over The Picklr Huntsville for an evening of friendly competition.

Whether they participated in our annual pickleball tournament or free play, the night gave everyone the chance to enjoy another activity outside of the office and spend time together. The tournament winners even walked away from the night with bragging rights and a jar of pickles!

Radiance was honored to attend the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute biannual Board of Directors meeting, where leaders and advocates reflected on the progress being made to support children, youth, and families across the country.

This year’s work has already included historic testimony before the House Appropriations Committee, advocacy that helped children from more than 50 countries move forward with finalized adoptions, and continued collaboration to strengthen support for youth transitioning out of foster care.

Radiance would also like to recognize Congressman Robert Aderholt for his work on behalf of adoptive families through the Working Families Tax Cuts.

When asked why he is excited to work for Radiance, Noah shared, “Because of the exciting project I will be working on and the company's culture.”

Outside of work, Noah enjoys going to the gym, reading, building his home lab, and volunteering.
