Radiance recently hosted a CHIPS Update Reception at Squire Creek, bringing guests together to share an update on the progress made since last year’s announcement in Ruston.

In August 2025, Radiance joined Louisiana Tech University and Louisiana Economic Development to announce plans for a new secure microchip packaging facility in North Louisiana, an investment focused on strengthening national security, expanding advanced manufacturing, and creating new opportunities in the region.

The reception was a great opportunity to reflect on how far the initiative has come over the past year and look ahead to what’s next. We’re grateful for the continued support and partnership helping move this effort forward and excited about what it will mean for Radiance, Ruston, and North Louisiana.

Radiance University’s Leadership Series continued this week with Chief Compliance Officer Jay E. Town presenting “Haircuts, Shoeshines, & Scorecards: How Leaders Gauge Successful Outcomes.”

Jay spoke about leadership through the lens of preparation, standards, and results, reinforcing that leadership is less about title or recognition and more about consistently doing the work that leads to successful outcomes.

The session also included a surprise appearance from Clint Romesha, a former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant who received the Medal of Honor for his actions during the Battle of Kamdesh in Afghanistan, making the session an especially memorable one for our employee-owners.

Thank you to Jay and Clint for taking the time to share their stories, lessons, and experiences with the Radiance team. Their perspectives offered a powerful look at what leadership requires when the stakes are high and the outcome matters.
