This morning, our team attended the JA Momentum Breakfast to celebrate the 5th Year by Junior Achievement Class of 2026!

As a participating business in the program, we've loved giving students real, hands-on experience — and cheering them across the graduation stage made it all the more rewarding. Congratulations to the graduates, and welcome to the incoming class heading to UT this fall!

Meet Andrew Sauder, one of our Manufacturing Engineers here at Designetics!

When he isn't at work, you'll find him at home with his wife Maddie and their daughters Sophie and Emma. The family keeps busy with goats, chickens, barn cats and dogs, and the girls love every minute of it — helping with chores, walking the goats and spending time outside together.

Fun fact: Andrew spent his college years playing bass guitar in a blues/rock band called Tedrow. The band recorded and released an album, "There Was a Time," before graduation.

The best advice he carries with him came from his dad and grandpa: make people feel genuinely valued. Remember their names, listen carefully and ask good questions. Simple habits that go a long way.

We're lucky to have you on the team, Andrew. Thanks for everything you bring to Designetics!
