Meet Barb Betts 👋

Barb is a Production Associate here at Designetics, and she helps keep things moving. On the busiest days, she stays motivated with a little friendly competition. Seeing who can get the job done fastest keeps the work moving and the energy up.

Since joining the team, she's cross-trained across several of our production processes, including thermosealing, wand sealing and soft felt. That range makes her a real asset on the floor, and it's an accomplishment she's proud of.

Her approach to the people around her is simple: treat others the way you want to be treated and help out whenever you can. It's also a big part of why she loves working here. In her words, Designetics is a wonderful place to work with leaders who truly care about their people.

Three playhouses, 15 kids and one very good Thursday. We were proud to take part in the Arrowhead Mini-Blitz with Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity's Playhouse Project. Every playhouse helps build the dream of homeownership for a local family, and we're glad to have played a part.

Meet Kayley Kimball, our Logistics Team Lead here at Designetics!

On any given day, you'll find her right in the mix, coordinating shipping and receiving, working with carrier reps and customs brokers and making sure orders reach customers without a hitch. She tackles transit delays, tracks down missing shipments and supports import and export needs to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

One accomplishment she's especially proud of is earning her Certified Export Specialist (CES) certification. The work she put into studying gave her a much deeper understanding of international trade and compliance, knowledge she puts to use every day when helping customers work through complex shipping challenges.

Ask her what she loves most about Designetics, and she'll tell you it's the people and the culture. A team-first environment where leadership genuinely invests in your growth makes it easy to show up and do your best work.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Blake, and their cats, Loki and Boots. She's always in the middle of an audiobook, keeps a rotating list of creative hobbies and loves supporting the local arts scene at art fairs and live music shows.
