Employee Spotlight!

Meet Scott! Scott Gorges is a member of the Kansas team, where he is on productions 2nd shift.

Scott was nominated by leadership for his dedication to keeping the plant clean. When he has a break or a minute, Scott takes it upon himself to empty the trash bins and dirty towel bins. It's the little things that really stand out and help keep our plant looking good and running smoothly.

Meet Donald! Donald Stano is McKenzie, TN's Assistant Toolroom Supervisor.

Donald has been with us for 24 years! He says he likes Haven Steel because there is never a dull moment, you never know what you're coming into, it's never boring, and there's always something different to work on.

His coworkers describe him as all-knowing, very intelligent, funny, reliable, positive, hard-working, and well-mannered. When you have a problem, he's the guy to go to for answers!

Donald has been married to Pam for 7 years. Ms. Pam is the plants cleaning lady, which means Donald gets to pull double duty, helping her out after work every day! But in true Donald style, he does it with a smile.

Thank you, Donald, for being such an asset to Haven Steel Products in McKenzie, TN and for your years of dedicated service.
