We changed things up just a little bit last week and are planting plots close to Haven,KS (HQ).

Our goal with this project was to help educate team members who don’t have as much experience on the equipment, gain more in-field knowledge with operations and how our customers are putting their plots in the ground. We were also able to help assist a couple of family own seed companies get their hybrids in these plots with them donating their seed, and to provide more local data for farmers in the respective area.

Our trials are consisting of density studies along with replications of three hybrids in the field to help gain knowledge of hybrid performance across some soil variation.

Our final project task is to bring a Kincaid plot combine to the field and bring more Kincaid technicians to run the combine and cycle through plots to continue our in-field education.

We love opportunities to grow our Kincaid team’s knowledge base of our equipment with in-field experience, along with the chance to bring data to local farmers, since a majority of the teams time is spent in the shop upgrading, inspecting/repairing, and assembling the equipment.

Check out our most recent Classic Flex, 4-row, 36" Row Spacing planter that we shipped down to Florida.

This customer will be planting peanuts, corn, cotton, and soybeans with our Kincaid planter. We have worked hard to build this planter out to the customers preference's and have had many calls and quotes go back and forth, however, we did get one finalized, and hope they are nothing but excited and successful for this 2025 planting season!

With the unpredictable Kansas weather that gets presented to us, we decided to take a nice day, following some snow flurries yesterday, to work our testing field to the west of Kincaid.

We had some spring weeds show up, and are going to be testing planters before they get shipped out to our customers, so we had a great volunteer to run the tractor and get the field ready for us!

We are excited for planting season and have had enough of the winter weather that has slowly been sticking around!

Kincaid wants to thank the KSU Agronomy Club for inviting us to present at one of their weekly evening meetings to educate their students and staff of who Kincaid Equipment is, and how we are involved in the agricultural industry.

We had a great evening with their cooperative questions overall, and even were able to have a Q&A at the end for some prizes to be won!

We want to congratulate Hunter Galloway for the recent discovery on moving to the status of ‘future father’. To celebrate, we got Hunter and his father, Wes, matching shirts, and a start-up package of diapers and wipes for Hunter.

Hunter Galloway is on his third year of being with Kincaid Equipment as a Junior Equipment Specialist. His father, Wes Galloway, has been with Kincaid Equipment for 20 years and acts as a current Senior Equipment Specialist. Although everyone is not the most photogenic, they were very happy and full of laughter when we presented the small surprise for them.

Together, these two team members work very hard on our customer projects and ensure quality and precision day-in, and day-out.

Congratulations Hunter, you are going to be a great father to your future child!

Kincaid Equipment had a great week last week in Monterey, CA - supporting and speaking with one of our largest client groups 'NAICC'. The NAICC group is the 'National Alliance of Independent Crop Consultants', with members located across the Nation.

We had many positive conversations regarding customer satisfaction of our team members being on-site to help assist them through harvest, and also taking of care of their needs parts wise when they call us. Our company was started in 1967 by Delmar Kincaid and Customer Service was his top priority. Now his Daughter, Kimberley Kincaid, Owner/CEO of Kincaid Equipment, ensures that the same message is delivered today to our customers and this show has highlighted just that.

This year at the show, Kincaid was asked to be a sponsor of a Remarkable Tablet for the FEAE Raffle, which promotes Education and Training to current and future crop management practitioners. More information can be found at www.thefeae.org. We were very honored to donate this item for the Raffle, which brought almost $2,400.000 to the program. We thank all participants who contributed towards this raffle for this great cause.

We are excited to be home and follow-up with current and prospective customers who are in need of new and upgrades complete to their research equipment for their research needs, and we wish everyone a safe and successful 2025 season!

We are strapped down and Houston, TX bound!

The customer that is receiving this 1200 GN Hydroseeder will now have their 4th machine from us in two years!

Happy Thanksgiving from the Kincaid Team & Family to yours!

We have been very blessed with another great year of delivering our variety of products to our customers across the Unites States and Internationally; We could not accomplish our goals without all of your support. There have been challenges to 2024, but with challenges, comes strength. Although we still have a month left of 2024, we are ready for the holiday season with our families and to get ready to gear up for the 2025 season.
