🏗️ Watch a power center base fabrication project take shape.

This structural base was fabricated in-house by American Alloy for a power center distribution application.

Built from A36/GR50 material with a ¼" top plate and C8, C10, and C12 channels, this is no small project. Bases like this can reach 60 feet long and weigh up to 30,000 pounds.

Our team handled the laser cutting, bending, and weld fabrication from start to finish.

🎉 Happy Retirement, Dave!

Last week, we celebrated Dave Solper and his retirement after an incredible 27 years with American Alloy.

For a recent heavy-duty mining equipment project, American Alloy manufactured a stainless steel operator footrest from start to finish.

The process included planning and programming, laser cutting, TIG welding, weld cleaning, inspection, and shipping, all through American Alloy.

🌽Looking back at our annual corn roast!

Our Green Bay team celebrated the end of summer with plenty of food, fresh-roasted corn, and other yummy goodies.

From burgers and hot dogs on the grill to corn fresh from the roaster (and, of course, dipped in plenty of butter🧈), the team had everything they needed for a great lunch.
