A Fourinox Covid-19 vessel was recently nominated for the “Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin”. This vessel is 12’ in diameter and 45’ long, weighing over 33,000 lbs.! The vessel is currently in use in the production of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Due to the nature of the product being stored, tight deadlines and supply chain issues made this a challenge, but not one we weren’t ready to handle! Fourinox employees worked hard around the clock to finish this with impeccable quality.

Welders and fabricators are responsible for the fabrication and welding of stainless steel and high alloy pressure vessels in an industrial environment. Work duties include the layout and assembly of custom projects ranging from small vessels and piping to large-scale heat exchangers.

Welding processes: Tig, Shortcircuit, Spray, Pulsespray, Flux core, Sub Arc, RMD

$3,000 signing bonus for direct inquiries and employee referrals.

Pay ranges up to $30/ hour based on skill level.

Shop Helper duties include:

Assisting fabricators and welders with setup and takedown of various in-house jobs.

Cleaning and organizing shop.

Take care of the exterior of building and property.

Assist various departments such as machine shop, parts department, stockroom, and maintenance when neccessary.

Recently, Fourinox produced this 30,000-gallon painted Stainless Steel Solvent Process Tank for a Pharmaceutical Customer’s COVID vaccine expansion project. Quality and delivery could not have been more important in this vessel which will contribute to the production of millions of doses of their COVID vaccine per day.
