When you hear us say "Relax...and enjoy the Difference." We want you to understand that's not just part of a slogan. This is the philosophy of business we live by. From the first day we purchased this store from the former owners, we began by removing any of the confrontations, or negative sales practices, and empowered our employees to make decisions. We have gotten rid of the sales quotas, and the annoying habits of sales staff descending upon customers before they even walk into the front door. We want a laid back and open environment, so you can enjoy the car, truck, or SUV, buying experience again. That's why our dress code is jeans and boots in the winter, and tennis shoes and shorts in the summer. So at Classic Toyota Galveston your part of the family, I invite you to come, "Relax...and enjoy the Difference." We are looking forward to having you as "Customers for Life." By the way, we are on first name bases here at Classic Toyota Galveston. So when you visit our Dealership, please ask for Howie!
