with expert product knowledge so that the customer can get the right gear to get in the water. The original founders of Southern Spears hail from Australia and Texas. With extensive experiences traveling and surfing around the world in locations such as Australia, Indonesia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Hawaii, California and Fiji, they bring their global surfing experience to your local surf shop.

“Spear” is Australian slang for surfboard. Southern Spears carries a large selection of surfboards from shapers in Australia and Texas – both southern in their own right. Locals Supporting Locals! Holy Moly, if you haven’t been to Starboard Side Cafe, you’re missing out! Located in Jamaica Beach, East of Seven Seas. Riley whipped up an incredible breakfast taco! Worth the drive to the West End!

And now we wait for Tropical Storm Edouard to visit. Just a couple of surfers in the water at 91st. And a few waiting on the Seawall for more swell. While y’all wait, go get ya some breakfast from Riley. Tell him Jen sent ya.

Workin 9-5…I mean 9-6. Didn’t even get all the “content” as the HR, custodian, CPA, House Artist, gotta little busy. Interviews, employee onboarding. Even had some Prosecco (which didn’t suck) And frankly, got tired of filming content. So here we are. RIP Dolly. We love ya.
