New wear liner and squash plates on this Peterson grinder

Out with the old in with the new. Replaced with a larger new 2.5 inch 4140 pin and new hinge bosses with added grease fittings. Also added some additional bracing to keep this from happening again.

336 bucket finished up with line bore,crack repairs, and installed rock guards.

Quick Saturday emergency job on a hammer for a volvo 160 coupler, gouged off the old and made a new on from 1 1/2 hardox.

The customer wanted to be able to use there new mower off of a toe hitch or on the loader quick attach so we fabricated a way to do it, it’s nice to come up with ways to make there ideas happen.

Another busy week wrapped up. Assisted Summit Resources at Loon mountain with installing new snowmaking pipe, linebored a Cat 312 bucket, new stick end bushings and thumb bushings as well as fixed some welds and cracks. Fabricated a Kubota KXO40 rake and replaced a floor in a 317 bucket and new wear package. Along with a few odd jobs that came up along the way.

Cat 972 bucket originally just needed the lower arm mounting holes line bored but while it was in we ended up rebuilding the side leading edges and corner pieces.
