Now Hiring: Powder Coat Painter
📍 Eau Claire, WI

LDPI, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our team! If you take pride in precision work and producing high-quality finishes, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll prepare and finish parts and assemblies by washing, grinding, priming, coating, and painting - ensuring every product meets our high standards.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Prepare parts for coating (washing, taping, plugging, surface prep)
✔ Apply powder coat finishes safely and efficiently
✔ Maintain paint equipment, booths, and wash systems
✔ Perform thickness testing and verify color/finish accuracy
✔ Read blueprints and follow work instructions
✔ Meet production goals while delivering quality craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Strong attention to detail
🔹 Ability to read technical documents
🔹 Paint/powder coating experience preferred
🔹 Basic math skills (ratios & volume calculations)
🔹 Safety-focused and reliable

Today we joined our sister companies LPI Inc. Lift Systems and Pro-Cise, Inc. Fabrication and Machining for a catered pre-Thanksgiving luncheon hosted by Plank Enterprises Inc. This annual tradition is a meaningful way to show appreciation for the dedication, craftsmanship, and hard work across all of our organizations.
A big thank-you to Buzz's Bar and Grill for providing a fantastic (and very filling!) meal.
