Brazeau Manufacturing is a small start-up shop based in Eleva, Wisconsin, whose mission is to successfully launch a full-time business by effectively utilizing the philosophies of high quality, customer relations, and lean enterprise. Over the past eight months, Brazeau Manufacturing has worked very hard to establish and secure the basic infrastructure required to operate a small machine shop. We
have worked aggressively to construct and insulate walls, incorporate electrical requirements, and completed numerous other tasks to establish the business. The company currently owns one machine, a Milltronics RW-15. To compliment this, Brazeau Manufacturing offers manual welding, plasma cutting, and torch cutting. The business has begun to develop strong working relationships with its potential customers and plans to further this area by offering customers value-added improvements. Brazeau Manufacturing is co-owned by Thomas Brazeau and Shandyll Fredrickson. Tom holds a degree in Machine Tooling Technics from the Chippewa Valley Technical College and has direct knowledge of the machining industry. Shandyll is currently obtaining a Baccalaureate degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. Shandyll will also be pursuing a degree in Machine Tooling Technics from the Chippewa Valley Technical College upon completion of her Baccalaureate degree. Both are highly qualified individuals that are eager to advance their growing business.
