Today, we celebrate the retirement of Ardy after 32 years with the Plank Family of Companies and many years as an important member of the LPI Lift Systems team.

If you've called LPI over the years, there's a good chance you've spoken with Ardy. She has been a friendly voice on the other end of the phone, a trusted resource for customers, and a steady presence for our team. Her willingness to help, attention to detail, and genuine care for others have left a lasting impression on countless customers and coworkers alike.

While many people know LPI through our products, people like Ardy are the reason customers continue to trust us year after year. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to serving others have helped define the level of service our customers have come to expect from LPI.

As she begins her well-earned retirement, we are excited for her to spend more time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren while enjoying this next chapter of life.

Another set of custom lift systems moving through assembly!

These pit-mounted scissor lifts are designed to remain flush with the floor when lowered, helping maintain a clean and open work area while reducing obstructions within the facility.

When activated, an integrated safety gate raises into position before the electrically/hydraulically powered platform elevates. The lifts are operated through a tethered pendant control and also feature a 24" cantilever slide extension to improve operator reach and access around the work area.

Custom access solutions engineered around the application!

Platform capacity: 1200lbs.
Raised platform height (from floor): 12'-2" (16'-2" from pit floor)
Cantilever travel: 24"
Cantilever travel limited to specified height range

Lift 3 of 12 being loaded for shipment!

This order is designed for use in an aircraft finishing facility where vertical fin sections are prepped and painted. Each platform is rated for use in Class I, Division 1 paint environments.

The platform features:

• Aluminum construction
• Roll-out section that can contour to the work surface
• Integrated fall restraint safety harness attachment points
• Collision detection safety bumpers

LPI engineers both standard and custom platform solutions to support aircraft production and MRO operations. Systems are configured around the application, whether that involves access to large structures, repeated linear processes, or integration into existing facility layouts. Each solution is built to improve operator positioning, maintain safe access at height, and support consistent workflow in demanding environments.
