✨ A Cleveland icon in a new light. ✨

Since opening its doors in 1912, the West Side Market has been more than a place to shop—it’s been a place for generations of Clevelanders to gather, connect, and belong.

Now, more than a century later, this Cleveland landmark is entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re proud to be part of it!

The ongoing, multi-phase transformation is bringing thoughtful updates throughout the Market—from infrastructure and vendor spaces to a teaching kitchen, outdoor courtyard, and enhanced visitor experience—all while preserving the history and character that make the West Side Market so special.

Our team recently had the opportunity to walk the site and see the progress firsthand. Lighting is already installed in the Produce Arcade, with more areas underway and plenty more to come. 💡

We’re excited to see this iconic space evolve while honoring everything that has made it a Cleveland staple for more than 100 years.

We had a great time visiting Montreal, courtesy of Axis Lighting, Balanced Care, and Picasso Lighting! It was especially wonderful to share the experience with our friends Zac and Christina from BBCO.

We had the opportunity to see firsthand the incredible craft, care, and expertise that go into lighting design and construction. Axis thrives on collaboration, inspiring a diverse range of high-performance lighting tools that elevate and enhance the architectural spaces they live in.

A big thank you to Axis, Balanced Care, and Picasso Lighting for the hospitality, inspiration, and a memorable trip to Montreal!

These events are quickly becoming one of our favorite summer traditions—bringing together the A&D community to explore new products, connect with industry partners, and head home with beautiful flowers, fresh produce, and locally sourced treats.

We love our Farmers Market Designer Events! A huge thank you to King Business Interiors, Inc. for being such a wonderful host each month. Our team had a great time showcasing Lightly and LightArt.

The future is bright! 💡

DLS Group, alongside customers from Loeb Electric and Furbay Electric Supply, spent the week at Acuity Inc. learning from industry experts and exploring everything from lighting controls and commercial lighting to distribution operations and web tools.

What stood out most was the engagement from the entire group. From the moment we arrived, everyone was eager to connect, ask questions, share perspectives, and take advantage of the hands-on learning opportunities. The collaboration between distributor partners, manufacturer experts, and our team created an environment focused on learning, relationship-building, and finding new ways to deliver value to customers.

Strong partnerships, continuous learning, and a Cubs comeback win in the bottom of the ninth made for an unforgettable trip. ⚾️💡

At our National Wine Day event at Interior Supply, Inc., guests enjoyed guided wine tastings alongside curated product palettes inspired by each wine selection — all tied back to Pantone’s Color of the Year: Cloud Dancer.

Think rich textures, layered neutrals, moody accents, warm lighting, and wines that perfectly complemented each design story.

A night full of inspiration, connection, and a little vino-fueled creativity. Cheers to blending hospitality with design. 🥂
