We announced our second-quarter 2026 results, reflecting continued focus on ex*****on, diversification, and long-term growth.

Highlights:
• Record second-quarter net revenue of $777.8 million, up 2.3%
• Other segment sales, net of eliminations, increased 50.4% to $67.1 million
• Commercial business and recent acquisitions continued to support growth
• Declared a third-quarter cash dividend of $0.39 per share, representing more than a 5% increase over the prior year period

Harkraft specializes in professionally installed shelving, shower doors, mirrors, bath hardware, and specialty storage solutions for residential builders throughout Minnesota and neighboring states. Builders Hardware of South Carolina provides door hardware, bath hardware, and fencing hardware for residential and light commercial construction projects across South Carolina and Georgia.

During the 2026 spring application period, the Foundation awarded $1,495,000 in scholarships. Since the program began in 2019, more than $8 million has been awarded to 657 employees and their family members.
