As AFT marks 25 years this October, we're continuing to highlight the people and relationships that have shaped the company along the way.

When General Manager Adam Weiser joined AFT in 2021, he took on the responsibility of leading a business with more than two decades of history behind it.

For Adam, having the support and guidance of founders Doug and Dick Leuthold has made a meaningful difference as he's stepped into that role.

Our 2026 Environmental, Social & Governance Report is now available, highlighting the progress we’re making across our business and our commitment to responsible and sustainable practices.

Through 2025, we:
- Reduced combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 21% compared to our acquisition-adjusted 2020 baseline
- Reduced CO2 emissions from spray foam applications by approximately 95% from our unadjusted 2020 baseline
- Sourced approximately 38% of our electricity from carbon-free sources
- Recycled more than 92,000 tons of wastepaper and cardboard through our branches, Advanced Fiber Technology and Carolina Precision Fibers

Beyond our environmental efforts, we continued investing in our people through scholarships and financial assistance, supported communities across the country and expanded our responsible sourcing efforts.

This progress reflects our culture of doing the right thing and taking practical steps to create long-term value for our employees, customers, communities and other stakeholders.

We were pleased to sponsor the recent Columbus Metropolitan Club forum, “More Than a Meal: The Future of Fighting Hunger in Central Ohio.”

Congratulations to Fred Perry, Vice President of H2H Blinds, an Installed Building Products branch, on receiving the 2026 Atlanta Leadership Award, the highest recognition a Vistage member can receive and an honor determined by peer nomination.

Fred’s leadership has helped drive growth and innovation at H2H while extending beyond the business. Through initiatives like the Takeoff Scholarship, he is also helping create opportunities for underrepresented students pursuing careers in home building and construction.

We announced our second-quarter 2026 results, reflecting continued focus on ex*****on, diversification, and long-term growth.

Highlights:
• Record second-quarter net revenue of $777.8 million, up 2.3%
• Other segment sales, net of eliminations, increased 50.4% to $67.1 million
• Commercial business and recent acquisitions continued to support growth
• Declared a third-quarter cash dividend of $0.39 per share, representing more than a 5% increase over the prior year period
